Warranty Periods

Thank You for choosing a Fuel Parts UK product. Fuel Parts Premium Catalytic Converters are covered by a limited lifetime warranty, standard converters are covered by a 2 year or 20,000 mile warranty, all other parts have a warranty period of 1 year.

Your product has been constructed using materials, technology and procedures to ensure that it will provide good service in excess of this time period.

What the warranty covers

The Fuel Parts UK warranty guarantees that the part is free from defect of construction or materials used and is valid from the installation date.

It does not cover faults or failures due to an incorrectly tuned/maintained engine or as a result of modifications made that allow the engine/vehicle to operate out of normal malfunctioning limitations.

The warranty does not cover physical damage as a result of direct or indirect impact, quenching or stress due to a mounting related fault. Faults/damage as a result of fitting/installation error or failure due to negligence, accidents or mishap.

The warranty does not cover any consequential losses that occur as a result of the part failing e.g. labour costs, hire car charges, loss of earnings etc.

Registering Your Warranty

Registering your warranty ensures that we have all the necessary information that is required to ensure your future warranty claims run smoothly. It is important to complete the warranty form fully, as all fields are critical when assessing a failure. Failure to do so could affect any future warranty claims.
